In today's blog we will discuss a topic which everyone of you want and that is 'fitness'.
Fitness doesn't mean being fit physically, but the word fitness is so vast the real fitness is being fit mentally, physically ,Socially, emotionally etc.
If the person takes proper diet or proper food and takes daily meditation and workout so he or she become fit.
According to a survey the most reason of being obese is consuming jung and oily food which is very bad for us, this is just taste for our taung instead of taking jung food if we will start consuming healthy food Like fruits, green vegetables.we can be fit totally physically as well as mentally.
If we will do proper exercise and meditation we can be perfect for society.
