So i will recommand you some tips, by following these you can live a happy or healthy life .
1 . Always do meditation.
Benefits of meditations are too much by doing meditation you can focus or attention on a particular thing and even too much benifits meditation provides us like controls our anger, makes our mind fresh and make us feel comfortable. I know in starting u will not feel good or maybe you will feel boaring,but when you will do meditation in a regular basis you yourself will see the changes on you.
2.Take a proper diet and sleep.
Even this is the very important topic to discuss about. if your health is good than only you can live a healthy and happy life
That's why it said (health is wealth).
3. Drinking of water atleast 3 to 4 ltr for a youngster.
Water is life, because water helps us to survive, without food maybe we can live for two weeks but without water maybe not for two days .
4.Always make a habit of reading.
The habit of Reading gives a pleasure, by daily reading we can know everything about the country or universe.
5.Self confidence.
This is the topic which has in itself a big meaning.
Confidence helps us to overcome in any situations.
Mostly the reasons behind lack of Confidence taking too much stuffs in mind or thinking negative, Meditation helps us to overcome these negativity .
6. Don't go for a drug pleasure.
