Addiction of sleep

Hey Everyone its your friend Rohit joshi .
Our today's topic which we are discussing about is 'Addiction of Sleep ' 
So let's start  
In my view for a happy and healthy life sleep matters but taking too much sleep makes us lazy. 
And a lazy person cannot give his 100% to a think which he is doing. 
He can't focus perfectly not even do study perfectly or other work do properly. 
For a perfect life take sleep of 6 to 7 hour maximum and go to gym for physical workout read newspaper daily or i will say or recommend you guys to make a habbit of reading newspaper by this you will atleast able to know what is happening in your society your country and globally. 
Take atleast 3 to 4 ltr of water,  fresh food and guys keep yourself away from oily and junk food,  because it is not good for our health mentally as well as physically. 
Always drink a glass of water when u wake up in the morning and wake up as soon as it is possible because morning time is precious time to do anything , either it is study or workout or walk. 

And atlast i would like to say you that guys do hardwork as much as u can because it is time you have and later it will not as still it is.
